Topsfield, MA, May 20, 2011 – BrainSell Technologies, award-winning CRM software reseller and SugarCRM Gold Partner, announces the winners of a recent SugarCRM reporting giveaway.

PRLog (Press Release) – May 20, 2011 – Every two weeks, the SugarCRM guru at BrainSell Technologies holds a free public webinar to discuss and demonstrate everything from basic information to e-mail marketing and reporting.

The most recent webinar, focused on how SugarCRM performs as a reporting tool. Attendees learned about building reports from start to finish, as well as e-mailing, printing and saving reports. Webinars usually last about 45 minutes and include a question and answer portion at the end.

As a special offer to their SugarCRM users, BrainSell opened a contest for five lucky clients to work one on one with Sugar expert Kevin Cook to build a custom report in Sugar. The ability to create a custom report will give these clients a leg-up, in that it will allow them to access a report that they built to suit their specific CRM needs.
