BrainSell LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to effectively facilitate all aspects of the accounts receivable function through the administration of defined processes. This position works directly with both internal and external parties and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as a professional demeanor.
This is a part-time position reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. The position is in-office Monday through Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
Job Description:
· Receive and distribute mail.
· Assess notifications of incoming payments and perform any required actions.
· Effectively collect and communicate information related to accounts receivable, account balances, and payee processes to internal and external parties.
· Post customer payments and ensure accurate application of funds.
· Match and batch electronic deposits and post deposits in ERP system.
· Create and deliver physical deposits to local bank.
· Uphold current collections processes.
· Contact delinquent accounts and obtain relevant information relating to past due payments and accounts payable processes.
· Participate in weekly meetings to assess the status of past due accounts.
· Escalate collections processes to internal parties when appropriate.
· Provide weekly reporting of accounts receivable status and balances.
· Review sales order requests to ensure completion prior to creation of invoices.
· Create and distribute invoices to internal and external parties.
· Update and maintain electronic filing and information systems.
· Effectively communicate with internal and external parties relating to invoices, products, and prices.
· Ensure efficient purchasing ability through clearly communicated invoicing of products.
· Ensure tax compliance by providing appropriate tax calculation on invoices.
· Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing processes as needed.
Skills, Technical & Job Requirements:
· Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
· 2-3 years of work experience in accounting or related field.
· Experience using QuickBooks (Desktop version)
· Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and MS365, particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word. Experience with OneNote, OneDrive, and Sharepoint is a plus
· Strong analytical and communication skills

BrainSell is looking for a senior-level, customer-facing Project Manager to work with internal and offshore engineering teams to balance priorities across various client projects. The ideal candidate will manage Sales, Marketing, ERP, or Customer Service-related software or SaaS
projects for SMB to enterprise-level customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Account Executives, Client Stakeholders, and engineers to ensure projects are fully defined and assist in developing supporting documentation (e.g., SOW)
- Understand project objectives and work with technical leads to build implementation schedules
- Lead kick-off meetings, sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, stand-ups, and other AGILE methodologies
- Clearly communicate expectations to project stakeholders; act as a mediator between stakeholders and project team members if needed; communicate project timelines to all stakeholders
- Create, update, and maintain project plans and schedules to keep project teams aligned & maintain accurate project forecasts, burndown, and status
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors
and stakeholders - Monitor project progress and enforce workflow, timelines, and deadlines to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
- Work with consulting and implementation to align operational and technical strategy
and architecture needs for client projects - Defining project KPIs and success metrics
- Identify, manage, and escalate issues as necessary
- Control, monitor, and facilitate change requests
- Identify, define, and communicate risks to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the tech or SaaS industry with advanced
technical knowledge - Direct experience in delivering projects using Agile/Scrum and other methodologies
- A deep understanding of project management processes and disciplines
- Strong soft skills with the ability to partner effectively with various cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong knowledge of line-of-business applications and platforms such as CRM/CX,
Marketing Automation, Integrations, cloud software, Customer Service software, etc. - A bias toward action
- Must have the ability to multi-task to manage in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment effectively
- Ability to proactively identify impediments on the critical path of the project and remove them
- Demonstrated structured problem-solving approach to help a team work through a
wide range of issues - Mastery of using project management software (e.g., Wrike, Jira)
- Intellectual curiosity for emerging technologies and engineering challenges
- Ability to prioritize across different types of value dimensions
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- PMP certification is a big plus
- Experience managing offshore teams is a plus
