SugarCRM announces Q3 2020 release
SugarCRM recently announced its Q3 2020 release, version 10.1, which is now available for all Sugar Sell, Serve, Enterprise, and Professional customers.
Key Updates Include:
Workforce Management Features
Available for Sugar Sell, Sugar Serve, and Sugar Ultimate/Enterprise customers in order to manage working hours, time off, and better assign leads and accounts based on employees’ schedules.
Record View Dashlet Features
Available for Sugar Sell, Sugar Serve, and Sugar Ultimate/Enterprise customers can now add record view dashlets to supported sidecar modules for easy access to quotes, calls, meetings, opportunities, and revenue line items.
Purchases and Purchased Line Items Features
Available for Sugar Sell and Sugar Serve, users can see “Purchases” which represent each good or service a customer has bought while “Purchased Line Items” capture each time it was bought, providing a historically accurate record of sales and customer value while supporting post-sale operations. Additionally, “Purchases” and “Purchased Line Items” are now automatically generated for “Closed Won” opportunities with revenue line items, with the ability for administrators to implement an approval process to precede purchase generation, restrict purchases to certain types of sales, or further modify the behavior.
Comment Log Features
Available for Sugar Sell, Sugar Serve, Sugar Ultimate/Enterprise, and Sugar Professional, customers can now have the option to be notified via email when they are mentioned in a comment log entry by enabling the Email on Mention checkbox in their profile.
