CRM Phone System Integration Callinize

A CRM phone system integration seamlessly plugs your phone system into your CRM. There are a few plugins out there on the market, but one of the best ones (the focused on in this blog) is called Callinize. The major CRM platforms Callinize supports are Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho and Infusionsoft.

1. What does Callinize do when you pick the phone up?

Whether you are making outbound or fielding inbound calls, Callinize activates as soon as you pick up the phone. Callinize plugs right into your browser and connects to your phone and CRM. All the information in Callinize is presented in a popup tab on the side of the browser.

2. What does Callinize do while your on the call?

You can enter notes right into the pop out tab, and when you save the notes, they will be integrated into the notes section under the call record in your CRM. Fore more information, view the video below of a phone call using Callinize. You can also generate tasks and mention your coworkers in notes using “@” symbols (like Facebook), and these “@mentions” are all made within the popup in your browser.

3. What does Callinize do when you hang the phone back up?

When you hang up the phone, call duration and notes are logged to the contact, account or lead record of your choice, and are then catalogged appropriately. Callinize logs calls as “OBC” (outbound calls) and “IBC” (inbound calls), so you know if you made or received the phone call.
