Ali Lipman

Ali Lipman is a CX expert helping companies define and implement digital roadmaps in support of their business strategy. Specializing in the functional areas of sales, customer service, marketing, and business intelligence with a deep understanding of industry leading CX tools. She provides creative problem-solving, consultative advice, and well-scoped solutions for software implementation, complex integrations, customization needs, and business intelligence. In addition, she is expert in layering technologies that help companies scale their operations. She joined the BrainSell team in 2018, bringing with her a passion for back office technology and data analytics. Ali is an honors graduate from the University of South Carolina Upstate and has a B.A. in Commercial Music as well as a certificate in Data Analytics from General Assembly. Away from the office, she makes and performs music and loves to adventure with her two sons.
