Microsoft Dynamics GP vs. QuickBooks Enterprise Software
We are focusing on versus match between MS Dynamics GP or QuickBooks Enterprise, Pro 2014 accounting software comes at a lower cost but isn’t a comparable product. Similar to Dynamics GP, Pro 2014 works well for small to mid-sized businesses. Dynamics GP can work well not only for small businesses but also larger businesses up to the enterprise level. QuickBooks non-executive versions are not as scalable for larger companies and organizations. Pro 2014 only handles U.S. currency, while Dynamics GP can handle multi-currency applications. Pro 2014 is only available in English, and may not be suited to international companies. However, QuickBooks does have a fantastic mobile app compared to Microsoft.

Dynamics GP comes at a slightly higher cost, but provides small to mid-sized international companies a modifiable software solution. Larger companies may need to spend quite some time deciding which software package is right for them because they are both capable of similar tasks. Like QuickBooks Enterprise, Dynamics GP provides multi-currency and multi-lingual capabilities. Although integration with Microsoft Office comes standard with Dynamics GP, QuickBooks does have some third party integration options (like Sleeter QuickBooks and Microsoft Office365/203 Integration). Unfortunately, Dynamics GP does not provide a mobile app whereas QuickBooks Enterprise does.
