We are really excited about a new group on LinkedIn. Our President and CEO, Jim Ward, created it as another outlet for SugarCRM end users to seek/share advice with one another. It’s a resource for all users and Sugar enthusiasts to keep up with the latest news and integrations in SugarCRM.

We are going to be posting new ‘how to’ guides and ‘back to basics’ videos in their once a week to share with end users easy tricks to maximize the potential of their CRM instance.

Our most recent post to the group is one of our most popular videos ever with something like over 700 views on vimeo: ‘Integrating SugarCRM with Outlook’. It’s a good video because it is short and to the point. Integrating outlook and Sugar shouldn’t take you longer than 5 minutes – and it is one of their best and most seamless integrations, plus it’s free! What’s not to love?
